Building Investor Relationships and finding new investor partners. Marketing Operations. Responsible for the acquisition of assets to add to the portfolio, Also was responsible for providing and maintaining up to date data and information on current and prospective land deals, related market and sub-market data, proforma s, status information, and for maintaining budgets, timelines and managing the staff. Responsible for purchases . Responsible for real estate closings and financing, including negotiating, reviewing and/or drafting land banking documents.Work with buyers and sellers by selling or renegotiating real estate assets.
