As a General Manager I was responsible of the entire packaging business. In charged of Purchasing Bulk Oil directly from manufacturing. Sales & Marketing Strategies. Analyzed cost to set sales prices. Supervised the logistics to distribute the product efficiently on time.Over viewed Financial Statements and Profitability of the company. Monitored accounts payable and receivable. Monitored inventory to schedule new purchases.
