As an Analyst and Consultant with FNMA I was responsible for the review of the Real Estate Appraisal'l and Brokers Price Opinion's on various types of Real Estate across The U.S. This involved analyzing regions and sub market for market data and trending and reconciling the data from several internal and external data bases to determine a fair market value.
