Hired as an Consultant to guide the company towards the exponential growth . Managed the private in house operation in 2010-2011 to a corporate office and annual cash flows exceeding 113% for 2014 alone. Overall after I left FNMA in 2012 we grew a consulting company into a global brand and national powerhouse.Oversee all potential new projects for the division including identification of parcels, negotiation with potential clients, due diligence, and preparation of Corporate Approval Package. Create and foster relationships with landowners, private equity firms,Real Estate Investment Trust, municipalities and other entities to develop the most effective strategies on their portfolios to achieve the maximum results.
