Coordinated project meetings, schedules, and engineering designs with client, federal and local authorities, design consultants and internal department entities. Collaborated with superintendents in interpreting design documents, monitoring installation of work and planning for delivery of materials and equipment. Oversaw on-site management of the trades and ensured document compliance, safety regulations and schedule compliance. Negotiated pricing on materials and services with vendors. Performed site survey work and cost / quantity estimates. Managed day-to-day construction progress from inception to completion. Conducted quality control inspections of completed work. Maintained site safety including updating the public on construction progress and administered construction documentation including change orders, submittals, as-builts, daily reports and vendor invoices.
