Daily Duties at Drury Inn:

• Supervised properties up to 299 guest rooms along with meeting space under Holiday Inn, Pear Tree, and Drury Inn and Suites flags * Monitored food costs to enable us to stay well within our budget * Hands-on experience in all departments of the hotel, including maintenance, front desk, housekeeping, laundry and food • Delivered excellent guest service and superior quality in cleanliness, not only in guest rooms but within the entire hotel, which scored 98-99 percent • Developed the annual budget and achieved monthly revenues and goals. • Controlled both costs and labor to be successful in achieving budgeted numbers • Took a very active role on a daily basis with inside and outside sales/ marketing, building customer interest in packages with web pages * Performed al HR functions of the hotel to include but not limited to interviewing, training and motivating
