Daily Duties at Global Trade Academy:
• Oversee courses held on-line and in over 15 cities in US and internationally. • Design and manage course curriculum content, agendas, outlines and presentations in consultation with faculty. • Coach faculty on presentation techniques for dynamic teaching. • Contract course sites and coordinate with local facilities including hotels and vendors and audio-visual suppliers. • Coordinate publicity campaign. • Send email bulletins to over 10,000 subscribers. • Represent company at national trade show exhibit booths. • Hire adjunct faculty. Coordinate contracts and payroll requirements. • Work with faculty on creation of textbooks and course materials. • Discuss course expectations with in consultation with clients. • Work with faculty to ensure teaching materials are prepared and delivered to locations. • Maintain website. • Management of data and collection of information and communication on integrated database system
