• Led and established the global Integrity and Compliance department, budget, and strategy • Established programs to promote ethical and legal conduct and a culture of compliance • Ensured the compliance training program was effectively delivered on time/budget • Developed enterprise wide risk assessment program and control improvement plans (including and not limited to IP, FCPA, privacy, conflict minerals, anti-money laundering) • Reported compliance successes and opportunities to the Audit Committee and leadership
