• Responsible for the holistic evolution of factory auditing program • Leverages best practices, new thinking, and learning to coach and improve team capability • Establish reporting plan and facilitate discussions of key metrics scorecard with stakeholders • Lead factory audit program for the Americas and Europe; coach Asia Pacific audit team • Network, educate, and influence internal/external stakeholders
