Accountable for the overall business management organization which includes program financial control, contract management, compliance/audit (SOX), financial planning, pricing of proposals, contract billings/closeouts, accounts payable, inventory control and management for the ALC organization ($850M). Developed annual budgets and conducted detailed variance analysis of all cost and schedule variances including the manufacturing operations in 3 locations.
