• Trained and evaluated over 100 junior associates on new or current operations • Worked in the Investment Banking Dept. working on JCL failures and Nightly Batch processing for both US and Overseas markets • Stratus OTC batch processing and UNIX based server data storage systems • Coordinated and implemented firm-wide operating system and security upgrades • Administered all phases of server project distribution and completion • Supported firm’s user community with business applications such as Over the Counter Trading, Xtrader, and web applications • Managed network connectivity, recovery, and escalation of Wintel server and Stratus microprocessors • Administered all phases of media management including disaster recovery • Coordinated network, testing and maintenance between platforms; performed troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on Storage Tech Solo Robotics • Managed all phases of server problem escalation and corrective procedures; performed troubleshooting of Wintel and Stratus servers for possible hardware or communications failures • Maintained the integrity of server monitoring tools; made server modifications to optimize systems performance
