Daily Duties at C3 I:
• Working as an Help Desk Tech • Working for a large Pharmaceutical company handling of 150 calls and over 50 e-mails weekly. Handel all issues from password resets to deploying software requests remotely. Our desk handles request from both home office personal and over 1500 field users throughout the world. • Responsible for troubleshooting calls via phone, email and remotely • Perform hardware / software upgrades , printer Installs , Password Changes remote desktop assistance security and virus protection issues all customer related software problems and all Personnel device application issues, including I Phones, I Pads and all customer Laptops
