Rose from the ranks of technical staff to Vice President / Division Director in a highly successful 8(a) company. As Vice President, directly supported the President in providing leadership in marketing, business development, and emerging technology initiatives. As the Director of the $25M/year Enterprise Systems Division, responsible for the management of a wide spectrum of systems / software engineering programs and 250 personnel located in offices throughout the United States. Supported numerous civil sector Federal clients including; Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Social Security Administration (SSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), General Services Administration (GSA), and many other Government agencies. Technical support services encompassed full life cycle development activities including; studies and analysis, architecture alternatives, requirements development, system design, testing, quality control, independent verification and validation, training, and documentation. Continually optimized operational performance, ensured quality service delivery, and directly contributed to technical deliverables.
