• Created a Commission Rebate Campaign that led to 100 new partner referral relationships and a 12% increase in new account acquisition. • Attained 25% year-over-year sales growth for corporate sub-segment by realigning sales and new product offerings. • Created live event campaign utilizing social media groups on meetup.com to sponsor live events and acquire new clients through live educational events. • Developed new and existing Sales Account Executives to identify optimal referral partners and reviewed partner program prospects for approval while managing the compliance process. • Lead business development for the newest and largest product releases and developed 30+ new product relationships annually. • Collaborated with sales management on projects, sales procedures and policies. • Invented a platform demonstration program to measure program metrics and increase new account acquisition through free products not previously offered. • Managed all strategic relationships both domestically and internationally and created new lead generation processes by identifying affiliate marketing relationships.
