1. Work with a team of 6 to create a health education communication campaign for the student and staff of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School Public Health. 2. Developed campaign goals, messaging, and implementation plan to promote mindfulness and increased mental clarity for the target audience. 3. Created CLEAR campaign acronym for campaign messaging (Calm your breathing Listen to your surroundings, Experience your emotions, Accept thought as they arise, Return to the present moment) 4. Help create and validate the pre campaign survey 5. Disseminate surveys 6. Analyze pre-survey findings 7. Make recommendations to team for strategic design 8. Use findings in conjunction with health communications strategic theories to make recommendations for health interventions 9. Coordinate with outside organizations to provide 4 meditation classes for campaign participants 10. Distributed and promoted campaign promotional materials 11. Created campaign post-surveys and analyzed findings 12. Created PowerPoint template used by team members to complete a presentations of our efforts and findings 13. Presented findings to professors in an public seminar
