Daily Duties at The Boeing Company:

Made investments in delivery management, staff development and procurement integrity compliance to conform to the corporate standard for USG competitive aircraft proposals. Key Achievements:  Delivery Management o Led contract management and a cross functional product support team to reduce Government customer delinquent supply and service deliveries. o Developed a Delivery Management Tool user manual and established Fiscal Year 2014 service delivery metrics and reports.  Staff Development o Conceived and executed a “training fair” promotional campaign for developing contract management staff breaking previous registration and training course completion records o Trained contract management staff and personally fielded National Quality Assurance auditor questions ensuring functional excellence for the business development function.  Procurement integrity – ensured 100% compliance (Total Trained/Certified prior to star of proposal work and no later than 14 days after start) for major aircraft foreign military aircraft sales proposals to the USG supporting the Republic of Korea and Qatar.  Represented company interests before agencies of the U.S. Department of Defense (DCMA/DCAA).
