Daily Duties at Ihs:
I was responsible for all phases of User Experience/User Interface design from task analysis, requirements tracing, coordinating between stakeholders, wireframing, help documentation and usability testing. I coordinated user interface elements between all product platforms which was spread across eight development groups and designed components (such as shared reports) with a standardized look and feel to be used across product groups. I created and managed a group of freelance technical writers to be able to expand and contract our capacity based on the demand from product groups. The result was that our usability and help materials became a sales feature.
