Daily Duties at Lift Missouri:

Accomplishments include: • Developing overall strategy for the organization, and creating opportunities • Improving board relations, focusing on a mission-driven, results-oriented organization • Building organizational capacity • Managing projects by recruiting the right personnel to deliver project objectives • Fiscal management and project accountability • Working with federal agencies (A-133 audits), private foundations, state agencies and others • Developing strategic partnerships • Evaluating organization goals and objectives in measureable and meaningful ways • Advocating with state and federal legislators, along with other policymakers • Monitoring current research and best practices in nonprofit management and education
