Market Conduct Examiner, Insurance Division Conducts highly complex investigations & examinations involving financial services companies and insurers to ensure compliance with Vermont Law. Conducts investigations regarding producer & company licensing and market conduct. Presents investigative findings and reports suspected violations of Vermont Law to General Counsel. Securities Examiner, Securities Division Conducts detailed examinations of broker-dealers and investment advisors under the jurisdiction of the State of Vermont. Reviews applications for investment advisors wishing to practice in the State of Vermont. Conducts investigations to ensure compliance with the Vermont Uniform Securities Act. Testifies in legal proceedings when deemed necessary by the General Counsel.
