Daily Duties at Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union:

Improve critical liaison role between the Credit Union and Fannie Mae, manage over $1MM monthly in REO (real estate-owned) properties and secure payments on delinquent loans. Contact custmomers to resolve all mortgage-related problems, process loss mitigation and order appraisals from 3rd party vendors. Document all delinquency data/status to Fannie Mae through FTP file server. • Manage the foreclosure process, inspecting, listing and advertising homes for sale. • Manage vendors (attorneys, systems, and real estate agents) by thoroughly research them. • Analyze daily and monthly reports, interpret and make recommendations to upper management. • Interpret financial policies in relation to Home Affordable Mortgage program. • Trained other department staff using powerpoint presentations upon management request. • Query OnBase ECM database for monthly reports and prepare briefings in preparation for accounting audits. • Represent company at court settlements and negotiations.
