Handled foreign filing of U.S. Patent and Trademark Applications, including preparation of PCT Requests and Madrid Protocol Trademark Applications for electronic filing; preparation of European Community Design Applications; preparation, execution, and legalization of Formal Documents; and maintaining correspondence with foreign associates; 4. Managed Patent and Trademark dockets for managing member of the firm; 5. Designed and executed Trademark availability searches in USPTO database and Patentability searches in USPTO and Delphion databases; and 6. Docketed and managed dockets in IP Master and Prolaw.
