Daily Duties at Durban Group :

Responsible for all leasing, sales and marketing activities for the company’s portfolio of 40+ grocery anchored shopping centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia totaling over two million square feet. Responsible for all aspects of the deal from initial tenant contact through final lease execution or sale. Handle all lease renewals, lease assignments and amendments. Oversaw the initial merchandising plan and lease-up of much of the portfolio. Worked closely with the right to build department, assisting with the initial site designs and small shop lease outline drawings on the centers developed since 2008. Managed a staff of up to eight (8) agents, support staff and lease administrators. Developed and implemented the companies leasing strategies, policies and procedures. Work closely on a daily basis with the company’s CEO, COO, CFO and President.
