Responsibilities encompassed proposal quotation preparation for refurbishment projects of food freezing spirals, ovens, straight line & curved conveyors throughout the Food Processing Industry. Upon award of projects, coordinated all required engineering/drafting, procured all required equipment & materials, parts fabrication, as well as secure the subcontractor for field installation. Coordinated quote/proposal submittals, data entry, order entry, purchasing & PO generation, planning/scheduling & execution of ongoing field projects, change order management, customer problem resolution, production coordination with the factory, expediting, invoicing, final project close-out & generated profit / loss statements.
