Daily Duties at Regions Financial Corporation:
- Collaborate with other HR partners on development of HR processes and policies - Provide coaching to leaders at all levels on skills and leadership styles - Interpret and administer policies and help resolve work-related problems - Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and risk management - Coach Managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment - Plan and supervise work activities of subordinates - Perform difficult staffing duties, including mediating disputes and terminating associates - Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants - Plan, coordinate, and conduct new associate orientation - Plan, organize, and conduct training, and labor relations activities - Represent organization at associates-related hearings
