-Worked directly with CFO. Managed accounts in the United States and international accounts in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. -Prepared account analysis, billing, aging analysis, general entries, audit/ write ups, general accounting duty, daily project work and payroll and payroll tax. -Managed the entire accounting department with a staff of six for one year in Telstar. -Worked directly with comptroller at Telstar- Prepared profit and loss statement, consolidation of financial statements & annual auditor’s work paper. - Filed of Federal excise tax and New York State sales tax and CA surcharge tax. - Disposal of fixed assets and depreciation schedules for telecommunications equipment, software, Capital leasing, leasehold improvement and office furniture. -Accounts analysis, prepared general ledger entries and bank reconciliation. -Netted accounts payable/ receivable between different branches of Telstar. -Netted for accounts payable/ receivable between 25 carriers. -Invoiced collections and application of cash receipts and A/P. -Reported to management, managed customer and vendor questions, researched and resolved credit disputes -Payroll entries & Payroll Tax.
