Prepare adjusting entries. -Assist in preparation of annual budgets and expense analysis. -Perform assigned account reconciliations and analysis. -Process Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable when bookkeeper is out. -Assist in implementing and running club software including Northstar, Clubsoft, & Jonas for 1,300 memberships and 4,000 members. -Interacting with members on account issues. -Tailored club software programs to the specific club needs over several years.
