Daily Duties at Peabody Energy :

Hired out of graduate school into the executive development program at Peabody Energy. Assisted Senior Vice President of Supply Chain/CPO in various special projects including capital demand planning, developing an enhanced forecasting process, tracking of key strategic sourcing savings, internal benchmarking, and business development modeling. Worked with Vice President of Operations Planning (financial planning department) to implement a new capital management process. Worked with the VP of Operations Planning to deploy a new standard balanced scorecard process for management results inclusive of leading and lagging indicators of management performance.
