Assumed role to consolidate and develop strategic plans for procurement, sourcing, and inventory management after a major reorganization by the company into three business units. Direct the procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain cost reduction initiatives for American mining operations; manage a team of 25 individuals covering Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming and corporate office in Saint Louis, MO.
