Daily Duties at Motorola Solutions:
On- and off-line relationship marketing in B2B communications solutions and networks industry. Accountable for developing and implementing go-to market segmentations and insights based on quantitative methods and analyses, developing and maintaining a global marketing database with 360° view of customers and prospects, implementing and deploying global marketing automation tools and processes. Delivered strategic direction for automated customer dialogues along the buyers’ journeys resulting to improved off- and on-line campaign yields, better quality leads and increased win ratios. Industry focus on healthcare, hospitality and public administration. Managed seven-member teams as well cross-functional teams and external vendors and optimized $1.2M budget. Recruited four SME analysts/statisticians
