1985 - 1995 Managed a staff of up to 35 employees. Responsible for all Accounts Payable functions for MTV Networks and its related companies. Reconciliation of daily processing. Responsible for all 1099 and 1042 processing. Implemented processing guidelines and reconciliations for 1099 and 1042 filing. Instituted NYS Tax Exempt process and Foreign Tax Reclaim program. Review and response of all Accounts Payable audits, including follow up to all resolutions.
