Daily Duties at California Tanning Salons, Inc., Dba Le Beach Club:

At California Tanning Salons, I initially reported to the Controller. I was hired based on my QuickBooks expertise, and my duties included managing all aspects of company payroll, accounts payable as well as product inventory, product acquisition and management of the company warehouse supporting the products sold by numerous retail outlets. I also developed spreadsheets to track the sales and commissions of the retail sales consultants, supplying reports and data to the company President for sales meetings. I assisted the Controller with all aspects of the G/L, financial reporting, cash and credit card receipts and account reconciliation. When the Controller left the company, I assumed his duties for several months prior to a new Controller being hired. Finally, I managed the information system network; computer hardware and software-system design, testing and troubleshooting.
