Daily Duties at Premier Inc:
• Assist the Service Line VP of Quality and Safety in planning and deploying the Quality and Safety collaboratives, which expand across multiple enterprise units • Engage a growing member base by delivering strategic and tactical services that included: operations, project management, clinical analytics, organizational assessments, improvement services, collaborative meeting design and deployment, growth and utilization of the Premier knowledge transfer platform, and support of any necessary services to drive member value and improve performance • Serve as the Director of Member Engagement, QUEST Collaborative • Deploy effective approaches to ensure all QUEST Members achieved goals in areas of quality and cost; this includes identification of best practices, facilitating knowledge transfer and identifying barriers for success at member hospitals • Collaborate with the Premier Region Directors to identify and implement solutions for closing performance gaps at QUEST hospitals • Coordinate and facilitate member led work groups • Served as SME in areas of Patient and Family Engagement and Leadership and Culture • Drive success by working with the QUEST Member executives and quality leaders, performance improvement teams, and other key staff to implement best practice recommendations • Assist in the identification of new products and services that drive improvements in clinical and financial outcomes • Support sales team efforts in identifying potential new members and delivery of onsite executive presentations to assist in closing leads
