Daily Duties at Pera Health:
• Oversee the strategic deployment and use of PeraTrend to maximize the clinical and operational impact of the Rothman Index at client sites to ensure they recognize the value and ROI of the tool • Coordinate with clients’ strategic and tactical processes utilizing the Rothman Index to improve quality outcomes, mitigate adverse events and decrease cost by integrating into workflow processes (i.e. staffing acuity assignments, patient rounding/ assessments, handoff’s, discharge planning, determining appropriate level of care) • Develop a training program for clinicians to foster adoption based on job duties and responsibilities • Present to Executives and Clinicians on PeraTrend’s impact on clinical quality • Support sales team efforts in identifying potential new members and delivery of onsite Executive presentations to assist in closing leads
