Daily Duties at Southfield Public Schools:
Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle, including: identifying candidates, qualifying skills, pre-interviewing, submitting for review, extending offers, negotiating salaries rates, checking references, and extending offers. Full cycle management of candidates from resume identification to on-boarding. Supervised the central office secretarial pool and switchboard operators. Created and processed job postings, managed database for monitoring of disciplinary actions, terminations, retirement, and leaves of absence of union secretaries, administrators and non-affiliated personnel.
