Daily Duties at Samsung Sds:

My Role was 1.to implement new finance system for SAMSUNG Cheil Industries as from a Jr.SAP FI/CO Analyst to a Sr.SAP FI/CO analyst 2.to develop financial reports and cost analysis reports with SAP ABAP , Data warehouse tool and BSC(Balanced score card) 3.a finance business partner to consultate and support of data analysis and work effectiveness 4.to manage overseas branches(USA-LA,Germany,China) finance system My resposibilites was to 1.implement SAP FI/CO from SAP 3.0F to 4.6C (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, Profitability Analysis, Planning, Actual Closing, Plan vs Actual difference analysis) 2.Design, document and execute appropriate maintenance procedures with 10 year- full management cycles (Planning, actual, closing, Inventory management, Standard Price Calculation, Material Ledger, Reporting) , decreasing costs by 20% 3.Implement overseas branches( China, Germany, USA , Thailand ) finance system based on headquarter’s main system that resulted in high satisfaction from management and increasing work efficiency 20% and decreasing overseas trip expense 15% by annually 4. SAP system upgrades, patch management and system backups (3.0F->4.0B, 4.0B -> 4.6C) 5.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing SAP cost simulation system , increasing efficiency by 30% and high index of satisfaction 6.SAP Financial and Asset accounting configuration and implement : General Ledger, Periodic closing, Financial statement, Sarbanes Oxley Program Change Controls 7.SAP CO-PC Configuration and Implement : Product cost planning, Standard cost estimate with quantity structure, Reference and simulation costing, Price update , Unit costing, Material masters ( Include MRP,Accounting&Costing View),Quantity structure(Bill of Materials,Routing, Production version),CO Master data(Primary and Secondary Cost Elements,Activity Types, Plan/Actual Distribution/Assessment Cycle, Statistical Key Figures if required), Actual costing(WIP,Variance,Settlement), Material Ledger 8.SAP IM/PS(Invest Management/Project system) Configuration and implement : Project controlling, AUC(Asset Under Construction) control 9.SAP Master data Management: General Ledger, Cost center Hierarchy, Cost element, Material Master, Sales organization, Product Hierarchy, PA Characteristics, Value field and Well-known data connection with SAP MM/SD/PP 10.SAP Change/Modification Management with Standard system life cycle Methods, Quality Assurance Testing 11.SAP ABAP Development: Report Programming, Report Painter, Report Writer, Data Interface with non-SAP system SAP Document archiving
