Daily Duties at Kellogg Korea:
My Role was 1.to manage Kellogg Korea's finance system i.e SAP FI/CO and hyperion EIS system 2.a finance business partner to consultate and support of data analysis and work effectiveness 3.a ABAP developer for satisfying user requirements 4.to cooperate and lead Asia IT finance Team like Kellogg Japan,China My resposibilites was to 1. Review and modify SAP FI/CO system configuration like - FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA,CO-PC, CO-PA, Internal Order 2. Review and modify master data for GL Account, Cost element, Customer,Vendor, Asset 3. Implement Validation check for GL posting 4. Review and modify for Product cost planning/Actual analysis 5. Develop and modify BS/P&L Report, AP/AR aging Report, Cost Analysis report, P&L by Brand, P&L by Product Report 6. Make a blue-print for SAP Finance system for Kellogg Japan 7. ASIA IT Convergence design - Intranet system - Current Legacy System analysis/ Data Mapping/GAP analysis 8.Global IT team support : Upgrade/ ITSM 9. Finance team/Asia IT finance team user training for SAP
