Daily Duties at Dte Energy:
Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle including: Resume mining, phone screening, identifying candidates, qualifying skills, pre-interviewing, submitting for review, negotiating salaries, reference and background checks and extending job offers. Managing an exceptionally high volume of job requisitions and maintaining a very large statewide database with accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency. Demonstrating a superb work ethic in taking on added responsibility and willingly helping co-workers. Staffing for all non-represented positions in support of Corporate Support Services and Major Enterprise Projects (MEP). Using Taleo Applicant Tracking System to track, screen, process and hire internal and external hires. Using recruiting skills and contacts to source and close external candidates. Providing guidance and advice to management, business units and staff on issues related to the consistent interpretation and application of policies, practices and processes.
