• Utilized Star Reports, historical data, tourism and holiday information to determine optimal room price to maximize revenue as well as occupancy in a dynamic tourist location. • Implemented new procedures for front desk personnel to facilitate consistent and exemplary customer service. • Rewrote schedules across departments to ensure proper coverage at peak times while still keeping payroll within budget. • Under our management team, the hotel reached up to #17 out of 322 Homewood Suites in the US in the 2nd quarter of 2012. • We also reached the top 5% in Quality Assurance scores for Homewood Suites at 97.8%, and received a Top 10 Problem Resolution Award within the brand with a score of 98.5%.
