Originally hired as HR Generalist and earned promotion to management position for leading provider of military health and human capital services to the federal government with approximately 300 team members. Trained and supervised 2 HR Generalists and HR Coordinator. Worked closely with VP of HR and COO to cultivate positive company culture and healthy work environment. Administered 401(k), FSA, health benefits (including open enrollment), and HRIS systems. Updated HR policies and procedures, fielding any questions from staff. Advised managers on processes, employment law, and employee relations. Maintained compliance reporting including EEO-1, Vets-100, 5500, eVerify, and OSHA forms. Resolved payroll matters in concert with accounting department.
