Daily Duties at California Amplifier:
• Managed production, planning, purchasing, and manufacturing engineering functions for the Thin Film Microwave Electronics division of the company within a military and commercial aerospace customer base. • Program Manager within the Engineering Department for the Commercial Division before being promoted to Operations Manager. • Restarted and successfully implemented a product line that had three false starts in previous attempts which became the highest profit margin product line within the firm.
