– Assist clients to prepare journal entries of daily cash receipts and process deposits, payments for vendor invoices and manage relevant AR/AP documents, initiate retail operation reports such as COGS, inventory for annual audit use – Manages internal accounting department’s accounts receivable / payable operations. Prepares payroll, sales tax, company tax and personal tax returns. Reconciles bank records. Gathers and finalizes month-end / quarter-end reports. – Initiates audits report by monitor physical inventory counts, apply cut off and different tests to provide reasonable assurance to the accounting info provided by clients – Applies a range of specialized knowledge obtained through frontline interaction with Company’s small to mid-cap clients that include restaurant chain, medical clinic, nursing center, trucking company, international food trading company, tour agent, multi-state, international seafood company, international oil company, two, multi-state real estate brokerages, pharmaceutical company and China Aviation—North America (a division of Aviation Oil Company of China.)
