Daily Duties at Summit Land Property Management Co.:

– Analyze, identify and resolve varied accounting issues and tax activities with on-site managers of 6 CA residential and commercial properties – Perform daily and monthly journal entries in AR, AP, managing invoices, cash receipts related records, and reconcile bank and general ledger system according to accounting records on a monthly basis – Invoicing and follow up on the rental delinquency/ past due accounts, by tracking and matching the accounting records – Prepare monthly report of fixed assets management, rental operations accounting, account analysis and various reports used for the annual audit – Presently managing and supervising assigned functions such as providing records for auditors – Heavily communicate and coordinate with on-site managers to resolve tenants’ issues
