Daily Duties at Te Ksystems:

Handled primary accounts such as Hotmail and Oracle in the Strategic Account Services group of SMI. * Served as the UNIX generalist responsible for providing system support, including software applications, software patches, networking, and hardware installation to customers and field personnel onsite or through telephone * Fulfilled the role as UNIX Team leader of BMC/Remedy Move Project responsible for 20 UNIX administrators in an effort to consolidate in excess 600 servers into Remedy's newly combined location with minimal downtime * Partook as a vital part of the team for Rack Building Project in charge for the preparations for the upcoming BMC/Remedy move
