Daily Duties at Vm Ware, Inc. (Via Acquisition Of Packet Motion):
Serve as an integral member of the PacketMotion Customer Support Escalation Team. Direct and coordinate the resolution of all assigned escalated technical support service incidents. Maintain frequent interaction with the customer to collect data, analyze the problem, and provide innovative technical solutions. Collaboratively work with the development engineering and quality assurance/test engineers to create technical action plan for root cause analysis and problem resolution. Guarantee strict compliance with PCI, SOX, and other compliance and regulatory requirements toward fulfillment of corporate target goal and objectives. * Played integral part in the development of an automated testing and verification of PacketSentry system health * Rendered high level of assistance in writing scripts, Java applications, procedures, and technical documentation, which will be used by all future support engineers * Gained extensive experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise systems * Wrote procedures, policies and training for the support team * The main designer and architect for all customer support tools, which included the automated tests run against customer reports
