Daily Duties at Boise State University:

 First female Graduate Assistant given the opportunity to work with head strength coach, Tim Socha, to design and implement strength and conditioning programs for collegiate athletes  Designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for Boise State Women’s Swim and Dive team o During this time the team moved up 5 places in the Western Athletic Conference during only their 3rd year as a program. o Helped produce first individual WAC champion, Stephanie North, and first 1-2 conference finish (S.North and Amber Boucher) in program history  Teamed with head strength and conditioning coach, Tim Socha, to design and implement the strength and conditioning programs for the Boise State Track & Field short distance sprinters and jumpers o Men’s 2009 Indoor WAC Track & Field Champions, and Women’s 2009 Indoor WAC Track & Field 3rd Place team. o Worked directly with 2009 Indoor Track & Field NCAA long jump Champion, Eleni Kafourou.  Assisted with strength and conditioning for Boise State Football team o Lead by QB Kellen Moore, the 2009 Boise State Football team were Fiesta Bowl Champions, 4th in the Nation  Designed strength and conditioning program for middle distance track sprinters, and several qualified for WAC championships  Wrote, designed and distributed bi-monthly Strength and Conditioning Newsletter  Gained a strong ability to work successfully across an organizational matrix and within a team  Work in a Division 1A collegiate program, (Western Athletic Conference – WAC Division 1A)
