Daily Duties at Allied Air Enterprise:
Prepared Technical specifications analysis of vendor capabilities for the rebuilding of presses also identified, repaired and specified replacement equipment for aging machines. Designed and prepared employee safety program (ergonomics incorporating risk management practices). Created procedures for employee emergency systems, Arc flash prevention, personal protective equipment and machine safety. Updated product delivery system through implementation of starved and blocked program and repaired faulting sensors, other equipment also moved equipment for faster delivery and ease of work.
