Daily Duties at Ypc.Co:
Head Shift Engineer of Polyester production, development, installation, and validation for the operation. Worked closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the process plant was set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production. Day to Day interfacing with operations, laboratory, commercial team, and maintenance to help maintain, support, troubleshoot, and maximize unit performance. Developing and maintaining technical documents, including work instructions, technical manuals and Formulating and coordinates training and professional development programs for technical personnel
