Daily Duties at Off The Dock Seafood:

Responsibilities included managing, training, sales growth and development of team of 6 Sales Associates. Direct the sales force with organizational skills, account strategies, product training, marketing and territory planning. Analyzed and communicated sales data reports to contribute to product/service planning. Established and maintained industry contacts that lead to prospective sales. Also oversee and maintenance company website and social media sights. I work closely with brokers and manufacturer reps for our Specialty Foods division which includes baking products, imported cheese, center of the plate, oils, pastas and desserts. Oversee marketing plan and sales planning and growth for 6 sales reps in Little Rock, Nashville and Memphis. We are a very small company, $250M per year so I am wearing lots of hats and having fun. My newest tasks are website maintenance and blogging. We acquired a Specialty Food distributor last October so my main focus is marketing and promoting our non Seafood items. Huge growth potential, especially in Nashville market
