Daily Duties at Kitz Corporation Of America:

Director of Operations 07/95-07/02  Continued to oversee and further developed all functions previously performed in addition to those describe below.  Responsible for all Information Technology operations and procedures including: 1. Conversion of complete database from Revelation Software to a custom database developed in Oracle. 2. Responsible for any new developed applications, reports or enhancements to company “IT” needs. 3. Selected and instituted the corporate email system. 4. Upgraded the corporate network infrastructure to Windows NT.  Duties also included supervising operational staff including warehousing & assisted inside & outside sales staff for their developmental needs.  Responsible for web development and postings to company web site, which included the development & labeling of CD’s to customers.  Responsible for working with Corporate Attorney for any legal questions or litigation matters  Responsible for all Human Resource decisions, including screening, interviewing, hiring & employee manual  Responsible for developing Freight Traffic procedures and setting up rates and tariffs with various freight representatives  Responsible for claims processing for both Medical & Dental Insurance Program  Responsible for establishing and administering the employee drug testing program  Consistently meets corporate objectives and goals.
