Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Position was a contract position. I managed the build out of new banks in the Eastern foot print. Coordinate daily calls with vendors and contractors to ensure project milestones were being met. Input all work hours by employees and material and labor costs on a daily basis into the project finance tracking system ensured work orders were correct and sent to the right groups with the correct dates of installation and location signed off on completed work and updated project tracking system. Documented and stored all project plans, financials, work orders and employee and contractor labor costs.
